Measure:
1. It is best to measure first thing in the morning while you are standing.
2. The ankle circumference needs to be taken at the narrowest part of the ankle, above the ankle bone.
3. The calf circumference needs to be taken at the fullest point of the calf.
4. The thigh circumference needs to be taken at the fullest portion of the thigh.
5. The length of the leg needs to be taken from the floor to the buttock crease.
